Meet Tyler Schiffman

an award-winning international photographer who has devoted his career to taking photographs and making films that will make a true impact in our world. He captures the unique moments both below and above the ocean's surface. 

Through his work as a freelance photographer, his photographs have been presented at the United Nations and have made the cover of The New York Times Science section.  His work has also been featured in publications such as The Atlantic, Business Insider, BBC News, Nature Conservancy Magazine, Washington Post, The Los Angeles Daily News, and The Guardian. As a director, his work can be found on Netflix, National Geographic, and Disney Plus.  He’s worked as a producer and underwater cinematographer for multiple episodes of Discovery’s Shark Week. His work has also been showcased in museums around America as the underwater cinematographer for the installation artist Rebecca Mendez’s exhibit “The Sea Around Us.”
