Meet Tyler Schiffman
award-winning photographer and documentary filmmaker whose work explores the profound connection between humans and wildlife. Through powerful visual storytelling, he highlights the interdependence between people and the natural world, aiming to inspire awareness and action.
His photography has been featured in The New York Times, The Atlantic, and exhibited at the United Nations. As a filmmaker, Schiffman has worked with Netflix, National Geographic, Disney+, and Discovery’s Shark Week, serving as both director and underwater cinematographer. He is currently working on a documentary about Dr. Johannes Fritz, an Austrian conservationist known for his innovative work in reintroducing the northern bald ibis to Central Europe. A project that was recently featured in The New Yorker's 100th-year edition. Through his lens, Schiffman continues to create impactful stories that educate, inspire, and advocate for the preservation of wildlife and the environment.
